I initiate guided meditation session, or a class with deep breathing techniques to help you ease into a deeper state of relaxation of mind and body. We then focus on a specific issue, purpose or a goal to learn to tap into the power of our subconscious mind. Sound bowl healing is included throughout the session to balance the chakras (energy vortices), to stimulate the immune system and to produce beneficial changes in the brain waves.
